Domino server crash, 'PANIC: OSVBlockAddr: Bad VBlock handle (FFFF\0)'

Technote Number: 1230879

Problem:
This crash was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #JREN5V2AEN and has been
fixed in Domino release 6.5.2 and 6.0.4.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.4 / 6.5.2 MR fix list
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
Server
SPR# JREN5V2AEN - Fixed a crash when accessing the internet through LotusScript
GetDocumentyByURL.

Note: This crash can also occur when there is not enough free space in the
VPool, and ICURLCreateDescriptor does not check the return status when running
APCAllocDataBlock. ServerDbReadObjectByURL() does not check the return code of
ICURLCreateDescriptor() either. In one case, VPool was out of space because
there is a 0x084D type SEM leak. Although SPR #JREN5V2AEN does not cover this
specific case in its description, its fix fixes this scenario also.
